Return out of warranty

We offer a repair service only for computers sold by Neovision (Comex) out of warranty and under certain conditions.

If the coverage of your computer is accepted, you will receive a return agreement within 48 hours.

A fixed fee of €35 excluding VAT will be charged for its analysis in the workshop, whether you accept the repair quote or not.

The shipping of your device will be at your expense and under your responsibility.
