Unless there is a large volume of items, packages are handled by bpost. You will receive a tracking link at your email address that you provided to us.

Regarding in-stock products, if your order is paid instantly online before noon, the vast majority of packages are delivered the next day or the day after.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it may take up to 3 business days for your payment to be received.

For products that are being restocked, please refer to the product sheet for additional delay information.

All our computers are equipped with the Windows 11 Pro operating system in its most "pure" version. It is pre-activated in the workshop with an authentic digital license integrated into the device's motherboard.

No other software or application is pre-installed. The "Microsoft Office" suite is never included in Windows.

You can install a free office suite like LibreOffice or purchase a license for Microsoft Office 365.  

Measured in inches, the size represents the diagonal of the screen.

If you are looking for a compact device that is easy to slip into a bag, we recommend a 12.5" or 13.3".

The 14" size is the most common format as it strikes a good balance between portability and display comfort.

If you need a numeric keypad (number block to the right of the keyboard), you must choose a 15.6".

In any case, you will be able to connect an external monitor and keyboard to enjoy a portable device for your travels but also a more comfortable setup when you work at the office or at home. A docking station is then ideal for easily "switching" modes!

All our refurbished products come with a standard 2-year warranty. This covers all failures related to a defect in the hardware.

Batteries, considered consumables, are guaranteed for 1 year.

New items are guaranteed for 2 years by the manufacturer who directly provides their service to the end customer.

Regarding our repairs, they are guaranteed for a period of 6 months (for the same issue).

All products purchased on our website benefit from the right of withdrawal valid within 15 days.

Only items in perfect condition and accompanied by their original box and accessories are eligible.
